On the non-litigation, there are to name a few executions of Gift Deed, Wills, Sale Deeds, Agreements, Contracts, MOU’s, Trademark registration, Patents and designs, Alternative dispute Resolution like Mediation, Arbitration and Conciliation, Pre-litigation Advice etc.
This branch includes transfer of property, Protection of Rights of Seller and Purchaser, Title Tracing of Real Estate either for purpose of availing financial assistance or for verification of the ownership, title and marketability of the property in question, Registration of Sale Deed, Agreement to Sell, MOU, General or Special Power of Attorney, Lease Deeds, Rental Agreement etc., to name a few.
Any agreements to be enforceable has to be reduced into writing, signed by the parties and witnesses and altered by an Authority or registered before the Jurisdictional Registrar. These include Assignment Deed, Adoption Deed, Agreement of Rent, Lease, Building Contracts, Compromise Deed, Gift Deed, Hire Purchase Agreement, Lease Deed, Mortgage Deed, Partition Deed, Partnership Deed, Power of Attorney, Release Deed, Relinquishment Deed, Sale Deed, Trust Deed, Wills etc., JDA, Franchise Averments, MOU’s (to include).
Registration of Marriage under the respective personal law, in the case of inter-religion Marriage Registration under the Special Marriages Act, Divorce under the personal law or Special Marriage Act, Petition for maintenance, Domestic Violence, Dowry Prohibition Act, Custody of child under the Guardian and Wards Act, Settlement of dispute by Mediation.
All cases related to Consumer Redressal before the District Forums/ State/ National Commission in respect of deficiency in service, fraud, misrepresentation, complaints against Medical Malpractice, negligence against Builders and Developers, Vehicle dealers and manufacturers.
All disputes related to cheque dishonour, stop-payment without prior intimation, conduct cases before the Jurisdictional Magistrate, appear in Appeals, either for the complainant or the Accused.
